Baron USA has been a viable Cookeville business since 1975, and we are looking to grow our work force to keep up with an ever-growing equipment demand.
POSITION TITLE: Accounting Specialist
REPORTS TO: Chief Financial Officer
POSITION PURPOSE:
To process accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll on a weekly basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Process Accounts Receivable including invoicing, credit cards payments, deposits, and past due receivables.
- Process accounts payable including expense reports and check runs
- Process weekly payroll, including entering data for reimbursements and payroll adjustments.
- Correct and edit any time records as needed.
- Prepare weekly time utilization and time data reports.
- Track employee uniform accounts.
- Answer telephone system and maintain security system and keys to facility.
- Assist Production Coordinator with international shipping.
- Complete quarterly and annual sales tax and payroll reports.
- Assist with month end closing and monthly financial statements.
- Complete special projects as assigned by Controller.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

4. Any clerical duties relating to front office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
